About Me
Hey! I'm Sophie, a Los Angeles based Actress, Writer, Singer... You name it. As long as I am telling a story on stage or for the screen, I am happy.
Originally from Seattle, WA, I moved to LA to continue my acting career in 2018, as well as to earn a BFA in Acting for Stage, Screen and New Media from the University of Southern California, which I graduated Magna Cum Laude from in May 2022.
My dream and goal is to work in theatre and film, telling stories that encourage the audience to examine the human condition. Classics are my favorite; I began studying Shakespeare prior to my teenage years, and have never stopped loving his work. Chekhov, Gorky, Inge, Anderson and their respective contemporaries are the artists that inspire me the most, alongside the infamous "Willy Shakes".
When I'm not working on set or the stage, I enjoy staying active by personal training, working on my stunt skills and spending time outdoors.

Upon receiving the David Colman Dukes Memorial Award, the judges shared this about me, "Sophie displays exemplary dedication to the craft of acting. Sophie transformed into the character of Ophelia from Hamlet effortlessly and delivered a riveting and compelling monologue from Eve Ensler's Emotional Creature. She displayed a wide range of emotion and expression with maturity and enduring confidence."
